The oil mill is a continuous cycle Pieralisi with cold extraction.

The oil mill is DOP Colli Martani certified.

The oil is a zero km product, obtained from approximately 11 thousand plants from the farm owned and purchased from growers in the Bevagna area.

The cultivars are Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino, the blend of which produces a high quality extra virgin olive oil.
